You will need
- A pan
- Water
- Green tea
- Ginger
- Lemon
- Honey
Preparation:
Take a pan, add one and half glass of water in this
Put it on the flame
Grate 1 inch ginger into this
Now in this add 1 lemon zest, just take 1 lemon and grate its peel
Let it boil for few minutes
Turn off the heat
Filter it, now dip 1 green tea bag into this
Let it cool for few minutes and now add juice of half lemon and 1 spoon honey into this
Your drink is ready now

Drink 1 glass of this early morning empty stomach. For fast results replace your eveving tea also with this drink
