You will need:
- 1 cup grated ginger
- 1 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup garlic
Directions:
Put all the ingredients except apple cider vinegar in a pot and heat it on low temperature for 30 minutes. Stir it constantly while you cooking. Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool down. Add the apple cider vinegar and three cups of organic honey. Mix the ingredients well and put the mixture in a jar.
It is recommended this mixture to be stored in fridge.
How to use:
Take some warm water and add 4 tablespoons of this remedy. Drink it every morning on empty stomach for 3 weeks. Make break for a week, and continue with the treatment again. Practice this treatment on every 6 months.
Note: Shake the mixture before consumption.
