Here’s what you need:
Ginger;
Apple cider vinegar;
Coconut oil;
Honey.
Preparation:
Just slice a piece of fresh ginger and put the slices in a pan filled with water. Next, let it boil, remove it and leave it for 15 minutes. When it’s cool just pour it into glass container and refrigerate it.
Whenever you feel suffocated, just add 1 teaspoon of raw honey, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to your drink. Within 2 hours your lungs will be swept clean!
